A little bit about me...
My name is Karim Alders, a former Premier league triathlete, sports physio, and the founder of Alders Training. With my background as a physical therapist, I create personalized training plans grounded in solid scientific principles, ensuring each program is tailored to the individual since everyone is unique. My previous experience as a swim coach, running coach and as a triathlete in The Netherlands, allows me to share valuable insights with my athletes.

Alders Training is not only a company making personalized training schedules for endurance athletes, we also provide evidence-based performance tests for everybody. In other words, you can book a test session even if you don't train with Alders Training. In addition, we regularly post informative blogs where we share up-to-date knowledge and insights to help athletes.
